Rebranding a National Media Voice: TTT Limited
Client: TTT Limited
A bold new look across television, radio, and digital—led by designer Rondell Paul
When Trinidad and Tobago Television Limited (TTT Ltd.) set out to reposition itself as a modern, unified media house, freelance designer Rondell Paul was brought in to lead the rebrand. From television to radio and internal communications, he developed the visual system that now defines TTT’s family of platforms, creating consistency across public campaigns, digital content, and corporate communication.
TTT was undergoing strategic restructuring, bringing its TV channel and radio stations, Talk City 91.1 FM, Sweet 100.1 FM, and Next 99.1 FM, under one creative direction. The brief called for a visual language that would be clear, flexible, and culturally grounded, capable of spanning broadcast, social, and internal needs.
Design Approach
Each sub-brand had a distinct identity. Sweet 100.1 leaned into warm, nostalgic elegance. Next 99.1 embraced a bold, urban youth aesthetic. TTT News required a clean, authoritative design. Our system allowed for this individual expression while maintaining core structural consistency, ensuring cohesion across the TTT brand family.

We created anchor profiles, segment titles, lower thirds, and branded backdrop graphics for the TTT News relaunch. These brought a fresh, modern energy to the newsroom while supporting editorial clarity.
In parallel, we designed key visuals for national holidays and observances, including Independence Day, Republic Day, and Calypso History Month, ensuring TTT could show up consistently across key cultural moments. Motion graphics, static layouts, and templates were built for both broadcast and digital use.
Featured Highlights
Internal collateral also played a major role. We created sales decks, programme schedules, and document templates that reinforced the new brand internally and with commercial partners. These materials helped align departments and present a unified face to sponsors and stakeholders.
On the public side, the rebrand brought energy and cohesion to TTT’s presence across platforms. Next 99.1 in particular benefitted from its repositioning, with bold new visuals that helped redefine its place in the national radio landscape.

Outcome
The TTT rebrand strengthened the organisation’s presence as a national voice for culture and news. By building a flexible, well-documented visual system, we supported TTT’s growth across broadcast, social media, and internal communication. From live news to seasonal campaigns, sales tools to station identities, the rebrand brought clarity, energy, and confidence to one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most recognisable public platforms.
